Shipping charges are included in the final prices, so there is nothing extra to pay when your goods arrive. All products you will see the shipping cost on the checkout page before you have completed your purchase.

Currently we are charging the same shipping rates to all countries. For the majority of our goods we apply the same shipping rate. However the shipping costs are lower for the larger orders. So it is in favour to you to obtain more items at once.

All products in BalticGifts.com stire are TaxFree when they are sent abroad (i.e. outside Baltic countrys).

Return Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return any item provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging. Returns must be adequately packed to ensure they are not damaged in transit otherwise we will be unable to refund any money. Returns should be accompanied with a note giving your name & address, e-mail, original invoice number and the reason for the return.
